Attention: Sanjiv Das, CEO

CITIMORTGAGE, INCORPORATED

Dear Sanjiv Das,

This letter is to inform you that we have in our possession proof

that our Promissory Note was endorsed by ABN AMRO MORTGAGE
GROUP INC. They then deposited the funds on the asset side of their
account. No money was loaned to us as is stated in the Note. The
money of account used to pay the seller was from the personal
Treasury Account of the Trust, KAREN SUE MARTIN. The Promissory
Note and the Deed of Trust you have as a result in the merge with ABN
AMRO are not valid and unenforceable due to the fraudulent
inducement, fraudulent misrepresentation and fraudulent intent at
time of signing, as well as other fraudulent practices. Another
fraudulent misrepresentation is the signing of the Deed of Trust
leading Karen Sue Martin, the buyer to believe it was necessary to

1
protect the investment or “loan” from ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP
INC. CITIMORTGAGE INCORPORATED, members, agents, assigns,
employees, authorized representatives, attorneys of record and or
representatives of these corporations may have full knowledge of the
crimes being committed which could result in the illegal foreclosure on
our property. Therefore the claim against our home is null and void.
You have been given Notice. We will do whatever is necessary to
enforce this.
If you force us to take this matter before the court, we will request
that a qualified institutional banker present him or herself on behalf of
your bank to answer the following questions:

1. Did the servicing bank (CitiMortgage) open up a demand deposit

account for me with a mortgage Identification number with my initial
deposit being the security instrument identified as the Deed of Trust or
Mortgage document?

2. When I created (Grantor) this Deed of Trust or Mortgage, did I create

interest in the public market? Did I create a security interest, yes or
no? Also, how is the instrument properly traded?

3. On this interest, is a demand deposit account opened for me in

consideration of the deposit I’ve made in the institution?

4. Can I turn over my interest to you, the bank, to settle my debt with
you?

5. In consideration of the deposit that I’ve made with this mortgage

backed security with you, my current banking institution due to
merger, may I settle any outstanding balance I have with you by
conveying to you the interest I hold in the ownership rights of my
Note?

6. Did the servicing bank (CitiMortgage) fully disclose all of the

information listed above at the time that the paperwork was being
prepared?

7. Did the servicing bank (CitiMortgage) provide equal consideration in

the agreement? If yes, what was the equal consideration provided?

2
8. Did the servicing bank (CitiMortgage) provide signatures binding
both parties to the agreement?

Enclosed please find a copy of DEED OF FULL RECONVEYANCE. If

you or an authorized representative of CITIMORTGAGE is willing to
complete this Reconveyance with an authorized wet signature, or with
the document of your choosing, we will consider this matter closed.
We know you have the power to stop this illegal foreclosure, so we
hold you, CITIMORTGAGE, and all those personally involved,
responsible should it proceed. We understand that Vernon Singer of
MILLSAP & SINGER may not be aware of this fraud. We are sending a
copy of this notice to him. To settle this matter privately, an
authorized representative may contact us at the above address in
writing.

Respectfully submitted,
