Cancellations
The cancellation of the trip can be done only online at recorrido.cl until 4 hours before the time of the trip and only if you
haven’t exchanged your receipt into a bus ticket at a Atacama VIP, Pullman Bus, MT Bus, Elqui Bus, Buses Los
Conquistadores, Los Corsarios, Los Libertadores, Fichtur VIP, Buses Cidher agency. In case you have exchanged your
receipt into a bus ticket at any of the previously metioned agencies, the cancellation can only be proceeded at those
agencies, NOT online. For each cancellation 15% of the value of your ticket will be retained (Art . 67 DS 212).

pablo.riquelme.ca@gmail.com.
Changes
You can change the date and time of your tickets 2 hours before the departure time directly in the offices of Atacama VIP,
Pullman Bus, MT Bus, Elqui Bus, Buses Los Conquistadores, Los Corsarios, Los Libertadores, Fichtur VIP, Buses Cidher,
not online.
Online cancellations only allowed when the ticket date and hours of travel have not been changed by the customer
Notices
We recommend to arrive at the terminal at least 20 minutes before departure.
Arrival time is an approximation, depending on the traffic conditions.
The company reserves the right to change the seat number for reasons of force majeure.
For changes of the boarding point after the purchase, please contact the bus company.
The bus company is not responsable for your personal belongings inside the bus.
It is forbidden to travel with animals or bicycles
Please check the business hours of the agency to be able to receive your real ticket.
