sufficient cause to hold the accused for trial, the accused is given 10 days
from receipt of this Order within which to file his Counter-Affidavit and

personally serving copies thereof on the prosecution. The prosecution
may file reply affidavits within 10 days after receipt of the counter-
affidavit/s of the accused, also personally serving copies of the same on
the accused.
