Por este método la FCE se calcula tomando un determinado porcentaje de la FCMdeR y sumandole la FC en Reposo.

Ejemplo: FCE al 75% = (FC Máxima Teórica - FC en Reposo) x 0,75 + FC en Reposo

Instrucciones para la hoja DATOS:

* Los campos en tonalidades del verde son para completar por cada usuario

* En el campo Alumno / Deportista / Sujeto ponemos el nombre de la persona.

* En el campo FC en Reposo ponemos la FC en Reposo.

* En el campo EDAD, ponemos la Edad de la persona.

Al completar estos datos la planilla calcula automaticamente la Frecuencia Cardíaca de Entrenamiento.
