I recently attended a national conference about the benefits of physical activity for Cost - $3 Single
older adults. It was a great reminder to me that if we could pack exercise into a pill $5 Couple
that it would be the most widely prescribed medicine. Just remember that every
little bit of “movement” counts—you don’t have to “exercise” vigorously to get Evening Entertainment -
benefits. Any physical activity is beneficial—walking, wii bowling, shuffleboard, Tony Summerhays
stretching, horseshoes, yoga, tai chi etc. And what are the benefits? A little
movement will help with diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, depression,

2 Muriel Wilkey Leone D. Taylor was born on July 19, 1921 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Leone’s
3 Frits Vandemerwe parents were William Reed Damron and Mable Leone Damron. She has 5
4 Wayne Buchanan siblings and they are Marvin, June, Grant, Roy & Ruth. Leone’s only living

5 James Jenkins siblings are Roy (81) & Ruth (79). Leone attended Garfield Elementary and
Myrle Bowen Cyprus High School. Leone worked at the Kennecott Smelter as a telephone
Candice Ragsdale-Pollock operator, in the kitchen of the Smelter Dormitory, Catering - housework.
7 Richard Bateman Leone married William B. Taylor on October 15, 1941 in Preston, Idaho. They
Nancy Maughan had 3 children. They are Nancy Weber (66), Joan Smith (64) and Barbara Hardy (61). She
