9-19-18. His last location was on a bike trail in Roseburg, east of Gaddis Park. Ferguson’s mother
lives in Eagle Point, so he may be heading to Jackson County VIA Greyhound bus or hitchhiking.

Special Conditions: Geographic Restriction, No Contact with Minors, Not Allowed places Minors
Congregate. Not allowed in businesses where alcohol is the primary source of revenue. No Alcohol.
Not engage in relationship with women without PO permission. No Contact with victim.

Target Victim: Adult Females and Adolescent Males
