in the United States. He later became CEO of MediGuide, a leading
medical second opinion provider. Michael served as President of the
global risk management firm Freeh Group International (founded by a
former head of the FBI) for several years, increasing his focus on
corporate governance and compliance matters. In 2007 he was
appointed as Chairman of AA International, Inc.
