Actively involved in engineering activities with our consultant M/s TRF (for
Blast Furnace) and M/s IPS (for DRI Projects).
Making comparative statement for finalizing all Equipments required for
4x150TPD Sponge Iron and 215Cubic meter Mini Blast Furnace and 2x30MT
Induction Furnace by Megatherm.
Preparing purchase orders for Equipments.
Inspection of Equipments.
Co-ordination with parties for Equipment deliveries.

TRF, Jayshree, Greeves, Areva, Mukand, Truvolt, Ishaani etc are our Vendors.
Achievements:
Successfully commissioned 1x215m3 Blast Furnace.
Successfully commissioned the project of 2x25MVA, 132/33kv Substation at
Marakuta and one 132kv Bay extension at Budhipadar Substation.

Co-ordination with consultant for Drawings, Equipment specifications and

Skills developed:
Being part of such a big project learnt about equipment finalisation, ordering,
keeping track of parties for deliveries and finally execution of the same.
Achievements:
Successfully commissioned 1x350TPD Sponge Iron plant, 1x8Mw Power
plant and 2x12MT Induction Furnaces.
Successfully commissioned the project of diversion of 132Kv Double circuit
and Single circuit Transmission tower Line from the premises of M/s
VSEL.

Responsibility:
Actively involved in Preventive and Predictive maintenance of Foundry
division.
Member of Safety committee performed MOCK Drills and represented
company at Safety meet held at JVSL for Safety aspects.
Active member of team for implementation of QS-9000 and ISO-14000.

Brought down the downtime of plant to a remarkable low %age.
Successful in introduction of Invertors to Roller table for mould operations.
Implementing tools like mistake proofing and contingency in critical areas
of operation resulting in less breakdown time /avoiding breakdown.

yard.

Independently handled 33/11kv Substation Project.

Kunkal Wagner Moulding line for making Grey Iron castings.

Skills developed:
Solving old set/reset logic of mould line and making all equipments opera table.
Converting major part of hardware logic to PLC.
Decoding of all Electrical circuits in German to English and Commissioning of
equipments.
Achievements:
Repaired On Load Tap Changer for 3Mva Induction Furnace Transformer.
Modified the existing logic of Moulding line to run the system successfully. It was old

set/Reset logic, one logic of more than 200Pages each and in close loop with other
equipments in the family.

Active participant in project job for 1x500TPD Sponge Iron and 1x10MW
Power plant .
Project:
Independently handled the project of 2x10Mva, 33/11kv Substation Project.
