Dear Colleague,
We are happy to welcome you to x-bionic sphere, the land of EG IT INT
Pirates. Please read the following info summary to learn all you need to
know about the venue, activities and organization.

Please proceed to hotel reception in order to check in and receive your chip-armband, which will serve
as your room door key and wallet for purchasing any additional items based on your preference and
paid on your own. In case your room is not ready at the time of your check-in
please use the luggage room for storing your luggage. Don’t
forget to mark it with your nametag. All purchases done via
chip-armband have to be covered by you during check out.

Share your photos with us

If you want to take photos during the day and share
them on Instagram, you can use the hashtag
#EGITINTpirates to share your photos with others. All
these hashtagged photos can be printed at the photo
booth during the evening party.

Evening Party
The evening party will take place in the congress zone of X-Bionic Sphere (see the map).

Buffet Dinner will be served in the foyer from 20:00.

Drinks will be served at 2 bars within the Evening Party Zone: in the foyer, in the main
party room with the stage. The following drinks will be served for free:

- Beer - Wine - Soft Drinks - Water (dispensers) - Coffee or Tea

Spirits and other drinks will be available for individual purchase at the Paid Bar (in the
foyer). Chip-armbands can be used for this kind of purchase. No cards or cash will be
accepted.

Check-Out Bus Departures

You can check out until 11:00 am on
Wednesday, Sept 19th, 2018. Please note that
your additional purchases of drinks, refresh-
ment or other items will have to be paid by
you via card or cash at the reception desk at
check-out.

Breakfast will be available from 7:00 to to the Shuttle Bus Stop at Erste Campus.
