support
Student choice
We aim to give our students as much
choice as possible about how, when
and where they study. Some prefer
the flexibility of being able to study
independently, at their own pace, using
our study materials. Others prefer the
benefits of face-to-face teaching and
classroom support, and choose to pay
for additional educational support
at a local independent institution.
We currently work with a growing
network of 70-plus independent teaching
institutions worldwide which provide
tuition support for our students. We refer
to these institutions as recognised centres.
The CHESS may be studied either full
time or part time. Students must have
registered through, and be studying
at, a teaching institution which has
been recognised for teaching this
award by the University of London.
