Your interview will consist of:

The icons below feature in the top right hand corner of the content slides.
These are used to give the teacher and the student a basic guide of what is
expected of them on each slide.
The following Mock Class Content will
be provided in the interview platform
Note: These slides are for your reference. See
the suggested procedure
Slide 1:
· Greet the student and say, ''Hi, DaDa!''
Elicit name from student

Slide 2:
· Say, ''DaDa says, 'I am seven.' ''
· Use TPR to point to yourself and show number on fingers.
· Ask, ''How old are you?''
· Use TPR to indicate the student and count on your fingers.
· Count the numbers on the flags together
Prompt them to answer, ''I am ...'' and write the number in the box.
Slide 3:
· Say, ''DaDa says, 'I like blue.' ''
· Ask, ''What colour do you like?''
· Guide student to answer.

Slide 4-6:
· Ask, ''What colour is it?''
· Demonstrate drawing a line to match the picture to the colour.
· Say, ''It is red.''
Repeat with green & yellow.
Slide 7:
Say, ''Let’s meet my friends!''

Slide 8-10:
· Say, ''Who is this?''
· Wait for student to response.
· If they cannot read, read for them and ask them to repeat.
· Use TPR for 'lion'
· Use TPR for 'happy'
· For a higher-level student, challenge them by asking where lions live.
Repeat with Benny & Ruby.
Slide 11-13:
· Ask, ''What is missing?''
· Use TPR to 'look' at the picture, then act like you are thinking.
· Say, ''The eyes are missing!''
· Point to your ears and look back at the rabbit.
· ''Can you draw the eyes?'' / Use TPR to demonstrate drawing.

Repeat with Ruby Rabbit and Leo Lion.


Slide 14: Slide 15:
· Say, ''It is eight o'clock. It is time · Ask, ''What’s in DaDa’s backpack?''
for school!'' · Ask, ''What’s in your backpack?''
To challenge the student, ask ''What You may want to show your own bag and

items one by one and let the student say

Slide 16-18:
· Ask, ''What can you see in the classroom?''
· Guide the student to say the key words.
· Challenge them to say more about the picture if they are able to.
· Show the key words on Slide 17 & CCQ.

Slide 19:
· Ask, ''How many pens are there?''
· Use appropriate TPR and circle the pen if
necessary.
· Guide the student to answer,
''There are ______ pens.''
Let the student write the answer if they can,
or use your typing tool to fill in the gaps.
Slide 20:
· Say ''see you soon!'' to the student and
thank them for coming to class.
· Encourage the student to say, 'see you
soon!' to DaDa and his friends.
· Wave goodbye.
