NOTE: The inboard and outboard brake pads are


not interchangeable.
The brake disc (2C026) is a solid, full-cast,
drum-in-hat type. The rear disc brake caliper (2552)
is equipped with a riveted spring clip that secures it
to either the rear disc brake caliper piston or the
rear disc brake caliper housing.
Brake Fluid
WARNING: Use of any other than
approved DOT 3 brake fluid will cause
permanent damage to brake components and will
render the brakes inoperative. Failure to follow
these instructions may result in personal injury.

CAUTION: Brake fluid is harmful to

8 2A648 Shoe slippers • Do not reuse brake fluid drained or bled from the

10 1107 Wheel stud (5 req’d) • Do not use brake fluid that has been stored in an
11 2C026 Brake disc open container.
12 — Keeper nut • Do not use contaminated brake fluid.
