Sir:

STEM learners should be prepared to think deeply and to think well so that they have the chance to
become the innovators, educators, researchers, and leaders who can solve the most pressing challenges facing
our nation and our world, both today and tomorrow. But right now, not enough of our youth have access to
quality STEM facilities to experience the 21st century education.

With this, I would like to request your good office for your assistance to provide the STEM Track a
laboratory that have the following purposes and goals:

1. To provide an experimental foundation for the theoretical concepts for each competencies for a
hands-on experience to acquire technical skills needed for their future career.
2. To familiarize students with experimental apparatus, the scientific method, and methods of data
analysis so that they will have some idea of the inductive process by which the ideas were
originated.

With these purposes and goals, I would like to ask for your help in this coming Brigada Eskwela 2018
for the objectives of the request to materialize for the improvement of our classroom into a laboratory.

Attached here is the proposed layout of the improved STEM Laboratory.
