Sub: Bonus for the year 2009.

The EIDC Management has pleasure in informing you that we have declared a bonus for the
employees for the year 2009. This has been done in spite of the adverse effects of the global
economic recession on our business. Considering your efforts during the financial year and
based on the number of days worked, your bonus has been calculated as calculated as R.O.
1000/-, which will be credited to your bank account with the salary for January 2010.

In this regard we once again appreciate your hard work and expect your continued support for
the betterment of the organization in the years to come.
