INSTRUCTIONS

A. HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENT


1. All topics related to Academic Performance, Grading system (Exams, Assessments, Homework,
etc.), and Attendance, are regulated by the Student Handbook:
[https://registration.zamanu.edu.kh/student-handbook]
2. This is an Assessment done as: class work / home work
3. The Assessment is carried out by the single student (or in group, if instructed so)
4. Read carefully the instructions. Ask the lecturer any clarification you might need
5. Follow the planning and development process indicated in the instructions
6. Use of former works or works done by others is not allowed.
Only brand new works are acceptable.
7. If you use the laptop or the computer, you are not allowed to communicate with other subjects
8. Deliver the work exclusively to the Lecturer. You need a receipt as proof of the delivery
9. If you deliver the work on a USB memory or in hardcopy and want a receipt of your delivery, be
ready to print the Instructions received (File coded 7.5.1).
The Lecturer will sign and return it to you, as proof of your delivery.
10. If you deliver the works via email or dropbox, you already have the proof of your delivery.
11. In case of home assignments, electronic delivery (e-mail) is acceptable, whereas timely.
In any case, any trouble in the delivery via e-mail (including network failure, server failure, etc.) is
not accepted as justification.

B. TECHNICAL INSTRUCTION
1. Use only International system (SI - mm, m1, m2, kg, lt., MPa, etc.)
2. All drawings will be scaled. Detail the scale (unscaled drawings are rejected)
3. Insert cross reference in plan for sections, frontal views, 3D views, etc.
4. Only English Language is accepted
5. Citations must be credited by links (books, magazines, WEB pages, etc.)
6. Use the table of Contents in every document longer than 3 pages (apply navigator)
7. If you find red text (temporary) in a template, it means that it is just explanatory. You need to
replace it with the correct information and change the colour to black (final)

C. DEVELOPMENT
1. This is an Assessment/Assignment carried out as home work
2. The Assessment/Assignment is carried out by the student individually

G. DELIVERY
1. In the delivered template, pursuing the information elaborated in the:
 Yellow columns: Identification
 Bluish colour columns: Stakeholders’ weighting
 Bluish colour columns: Stakeholders’ engagement strategy
Complete the Communication Plan for the project:
 Greenish colour columns for next week (communication management)
2. The documents will follow the template delivered, including grouping systems (rows / columns).
 Follow the categories (Clients, Consultants, Vendors, etc.)
 Apply the description found in the CSI manual (chapter 2)
 Insert relevant information for a standard small-sized project
3. Output:
 A4 Horizontal with table
 Print the tab in .pdf (no hardcopy)
4. Count:
 8 Nos. tables with a layout each
5. Tool:
 Excel file printed in Adobe Acrobat (.xlsx > .pdf)
 Deliver ALL the files used (both Excel and Adobe Acrobat)
