 BRIEF WRITE UP ABOUT THE UNIT

< I > INTRODUCTION:

The proposed unit is a factory for manufacturing of Grill, Shutter, Collapsible going to be started at Papiya Para,
Ghogomali, Dist. Jalpaiguri. The costitution of the unit is proprietorship firm, and Mr. Biswajit Roy is proprietor
of the unit. He has number of years experience in the field of business and are very much confident to run the
business successfully.

< II >DEMAND AND MARKET POTENTIAL:

Due to increase in the construction of residential , commercial property the demand for Grill , Shutter and other such
items are in rise. Siliguri and Jalpaiguri are adjucent to this area have huge demand for these products for various
new construction are being undertaken in this part. As a consequence the demand for Grill, Shutter and such other
iron products are in rise. Therefore if a factory can provide such item with proper quality and reasonable price it
will be in high demand.

< III >PRESENT COMPETITION AND FUTURE PROSPECT:

There are few number of such factories in the surrounding area which are engaged in the manufacturing of such iron
products, though the demand of the products are much more than the existing capacity. Hence presently customer
often moved to Siliguri , Jalpaiguri and other neighbouring places for manufacturing of those products. It can be
perceived from the above fact that new unit will not face any difficulty regardng demand of the product.

<IV >LOCATION OF SHOW ROOM:

The factory will be located at Papiya Para main location of Ghogomali, Dist. Jalpaiguri which a suitable place for
such factory . All the infrastructural facilities are in existence e.g Transportation, Market, Electricity, Raw materials
etc.

< VI >INVESTMENT :
The unit will gate loan from Bank under Mudra Scheme for its investment in Block Capital and Working Capital , which
amounts to Rs. 4 Lacs

< VII >SUBSIDY FROM DIC :

The unit is elegible for Subsidy from DIC for its investment in Block Capital.

Considering all aspect of the project appears to be a good success.
