Concentrated Synthetic Thickener for Reactive prints on Cotton & Rayon fabrics.

Product Description:-

 THICKENOL ERP is a high quality, high concentration synthetic thickener, for reactive
printing developed specifically for the Textile Printing Industry.
 THICKENOL ERP is suitable for thickening reactive printing paste as well as for printing on
cotton, viscose rayon and all synthetic textiles.
 THICKENOL ERP is fine aqueous acrylic copolymer dispersion in high purity mineral oil
which disperses readily in water and rapidly produces smooth pastes.
 THICKENOL ERP is designed for very convenient preparation of printing formulations
which can be effectively thickened by direct addition to the mixture or THICKENOL ERP can
be used as part of the customer’s specific thickener stock preparation (with or without
ingredients other than the reactive dye itself).

Application Method:-

Self Polymers:

Prepare a stock solution as below:

Water - X%
Urea - 5-10%
Soda Bi Carb - 1-3%
Resist Salt - 1%
THICKENOL ERP - 5-6%
Total - 100%

Adjust the viscosity as per requirement. Add colour and print, Dry, Steam.

Combination with Thickenol CP20:

Prepare a Print Paste as mentioned below:

Water - X%
Urea - 5-10%
Soda Bi Carb - 1-3%
Resist Salt - 1%
THICKENOL ERP - 2%
THICKENOL CP 20 A - 3%
Total - 100 %

Print – Dry – Steam
