After receiving both electrical isolation forms & closing all permits,
Operation will send both the forms to Substation, with the request of energization

Remove LOTO locks in tile reverse sequence (First 4th lock, then 3,d & 2nd lock)

Electrical operation from substation check the records to ensure, that all isolation
request has been closed & all the locks are removed from the panel before
removing his lock & energizing the panel
