• We would like to list down the activities in each days as


the following :
• Prerequisites - User should have attended the 3 days Basic Project
Management Course

• Day 1
• Understand the Project and help advise the Project Manager develop the WBS
Create Calendar required for the project
• Understand the activities to be created and if required define any Step
Templates for activities.
• Develop the Project Plan, Add the activities
• Define the Relationships, Define any constrain
• Develop the Activity Codes required in the project for grouping, Schedule the Project
Will advise the Best Practices if any like (Templates Creation, Step Templates, Copy and Paste)

• Day 2
• Check the Integrity of the schedule and guide the Project Manager on
how to fix the same.
• Create S-Curve and other key resources required for developing resource
histogram.
• Assign S-Curve Resource and other key resources to the activities.
• Create best practice layouts to view the Project in different formats.
• View Critical Path

• Day 3
• Analyze the critical path and optimize the project
• Advise the Best Practices when optimizing the project Plan. What to look out for
in the schedule.
• Guide the user on Creating Baseline

• Understand the Reporting Progress Period and guide the user on how to create
the Financial Periods
