ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

IIEE-CSC USTP 2018 ELECTIONS

The Department of Electrical Engineering conducted its 2018 Elections last

March 26, 2018 inside the school premises. It was planned that the Elections be conducted
March 16. However, due to the upcoming examinations week at that time, the date has been
moved. The venue was at the lobby of building 43 - 4th floor, just beside the wide stairs of the
Engineering Complex.

Specific objectives of the conducted event included: Select new set of officers;
Develop camaraderie between EE Students and; Exercise the right to vote. Allocating Php
6,000 for the event, it catered 200 student voters’ free snacks. Office supplies were also bought
for the convenience of the election.

A number of students were appointed to be the Commission on Elections even

weeks before the SARF was filled-up and signed. It was headed by Genesis P. Anciado, the
COMELEC Chairman for this year.
