Greetings of Peace!

The undersigned are currently enrolled students of Cor Jesu - College of Law
taking up the subject Public Corporations and Public Officers, and under the
supervision of Atty. Charlotte F. Gallego. As part of our learning experience, we are
required to conduct an immersion activity with any Local Government Unit, the
purpose of which is to have improved understanding of its functions.

In line with the foregoing, we humbly request that we be allowed to join, observe
and participate in the upcoming approval and deliberation of the Annual
Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, come 14
August 2018.

Being able to participate in the above-mentioned deliberation will certainly

broaden our knowledge and understanding of the functions as well as the
processes of Local Government Units in line with our study. That said experience
will benefit and equip us as future lawyers by immersing ourselves with the
rudiments of our nation’s progress.
