POEM FOR GRADES I, II and III
GULAY AT PRUTAS
By bloonlady
Gulay at prutas ay ihain,
Sa hapag kainan iyong kainin,
Upang katawan ay maging masiglahin,
At hind imaging sakitin.
Ang gulay na kalabasa ay yaman,
Ito’y pampalinaw ng mata ninuman,
Ang gulay na kamatis ay kailangan,
At ito’y pampakinis ng katawan.
Malunggay ay kilalanin,
Sa bawat sangkap na ihahain,
Sustansya’y iyong kilatisin,
Upang maging masarap ang pagkain.
Sa lahat ng gulay ay laging kailangan,
Sa anumang oras iyong pagkakatiwalaan,
Dahil ang gulay ay kayamanan,
Dapat dito ay pasalamatan.
Poem for Kindergarten
“GULAY SA BAKURAN”
Ito ang aking gulayan
Napakagandang pagmasdan
Ang paligid ay luntian
May talong at kalabasa,
Petsay, sitaw, at patola,
May patani at may okra
May kamatis at sibuyas,
Bataw, luya, at litsugas,
Kumain tayo ng gulay
Gaganda ang ating kulay,
Hahaba an gating buhay,

GALIING MAGTANIM, SAPAT NA NUTRISYON AANIHIN

There are now different types of diseases that are present everywhere and can easily catch by our
bodies. We can protect ourselves from getting diseases by simply starting a healthier way of living
which means equipping ourselves about the importance of eating right foods and avoiding those junk
foods. Each of us is guilty of eating unhealthy foods, starting right now we should learn to control
and choose wisely those foods we intake for our own sake. In the long run, we will be the one who
will be benefited from eating healthy foods and choosing a healthy diet. Some of the healthiest food
are apples, avocados, bananas, blueberries, oranges, strawberries or in general eating fruits and
vegetables. Some really have a big problem when it comes to feeding themselves with vegetables
like eggplant, okra, and ampalaya, these are some of the most nutritious vegetables available almost
in every market. Make sure to eat clean foods which mean those veggies and fruits that are fresh
and organic because fresh fruits and vegetables have more nutrients compared to those that are not
organically cultivated and staled.
