This document summarizes a study that examined the relationship between fluid intake and predialysis hypertension in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis. The study used a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling to collect data from 61 patients receiving hemodialysis at RSI Fatimah Cilacap in 2018. The results of the chi-square test showed no significant relationship between fluid intake and predialysis hypertension.

ABSTRACT
Hemodialysis (HD) is a replacement therapy of renal function are quite
safe to use and can improve the quality of life of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), but complications from HD frequent. some studiesshow that CKD patients undergoing predialysis HD hypertension. Several factors are thought to affect hypertension predialysis one of which is a factor of fluid intake. This study aims to determine the relationship of fluid intake with the incidence of hypertension in the predialysis CKD patients on hemodialysis time between two RSI Fatimah Cilacap. This study uses analytic survey design, data capture cross-sectional design and approach to a point time approach. Purposive sampling technique with a sample of 61 people. The sample in this study are patients with CKD undergoing routine hemodialysis in Cilacap Fatimah RSI 2018 predialysis hypertension. The bivariate analysis using chi square test. These results indicate that there were 10 (52.6%) of respondents were less fluid intake and hypertension predialysis medium, and there were 17 (54.8) of respondents who had excess fluid intake and hypertension predialysis being. Based on test resultschi squarerESULTS p-value = 0.988, which means there are no phubungan between fluid intake with hypertension predialysis patients chronic kidney disease between two time hemodialysis in RSI Fatimah Cilacap.
