ABSTRACT

Hemodialysis (HD) is a replacement therapy of renal function are quite


safe to use and can improve the quality of life of patients with Chronic Kidney
Disease (CKD), but complications from HD frequent. some studiesshow that
CKD patients undergoing predialysis HD hypertension. Several factors are
thought to affect hypertension predialysis one of which is a factor of fluid intake.
This study aims to determine the relationship of fluid intake with the
incidence of hypertension in the predialysis CKD patients on hemodialysis time
between two RSI Fatimah Cilacap. This study uses analytic survey design, data
capture cross-sectional design and approach to a point time approach. Purposive
sampling technique with a sample of 61 people. The sample in this study are
patients with CKD undergoing routine hemodialysis in Cilacap Fatimah RSI
2018 predialysis hypertension. The bivariate analysis using chi square test.
These results indicate that there were 10 (52.6%) of respondents were less
fluid intake and hypertension predialysis medium, and there were 17 (54.8) of
respondents who had excess fluid intake and hypertension predialysis being.
Based on test resultschi squarerESULTS p-value = 0.988, which means there are
no phubungan between fluid intake with hypertension predialysis patients
chronic kidney disease between two time hemodialysis in RSI Fatimah Cilacap.
