EINBAUBACKÖEFEN
Lebensstil Kollektion built-in ovens change the way
the modern family cooks. We feature more choices to
complement any taste or preference.
TURBO HEATING
This function works by heating air over a ring element in the
back of the oven and then circulating the heated air around
the oven cavity. It then heats up the air and forces it right
back into the oven cavity through strategically placed shaped
ducts in the rear wall. This system means the oven heats up
rapidly, and needs little or no preheating.
FAN WITH BOTTOM HEATING
Uses a combination of fan and bottom heat system. This is
ideal for anything that needs a crispy underside like pizza, or
specialty bread. It can also be used for one stage pastry such
as lemon meringue pie, eliminating the need for blind baking.
CONVENTIONAL (TOP/BOTTOM) HEATING
Provides conventional sources of cooking heat at the top and
bottom of the oven. Heat travels to the centre of the oven by
natural conduction. This is ideal for baking fruit cakes, bread
and baked dishes.
TOP HEATING
Providing heat from the top of the oven only, for more
focused heat and control. This method is ideal for where you
cooking need a crispy topside.
BOTTOM HEATING
Providing heat from the bottom of the oven only, for more
focused heat and control. This method is ideal for when your
recipe calls for a crispy underside.

CONVENTIONAL TOP AND BOTTOM WITH FAN
This setting provides the heat from top and bottom with
fan assistance. The fan circulates the heat generated by
top and bottom heating elements around the food. This
ensures that the food evenly brown on all sides.
FAN GRILLING
The grill element cycles on and off alternately, and the fan
distributes the heat produced by the grill. This method
can reduce cooking times by 35%-40% and less energy by
50% than traditional roasting. It is ideal for meats and
poultry if you’re after a rotisserie result.
FULL SURFACE GRILLING
The grill element is situated in the oven roof. It is thermo-
statically controlled and will cycle on and off to maintain
the required temperature.
CENTRE SURFACE GRILLING
You can use just the centre section of the grill for smaller
quantities and for browning the top of souffles.
MAXI GRILLING
The powerful maxi grill will brown all surfaces of food in
the tray. Alternatively, a useful fast heating function will
increase the power before cooking starts, as well as
reducing pre-heating time by 50%.
DEFROST
The defrost programme will circulate unheated air through
the oven to speed up defrosting times. Ideal for delicate
foods as well as fish and poultry.
CATALYTIC PANEL AUTO CLEAN SYSTEM
The oven burns off the dirt and turns it to a gray ash that
you can wipe off easily with a cloth.
TELESCOPIC
Oven trays slide effortlessly on telescopic runners
enabling you to safely put or remove dishes, baste, turn
