RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THAT THIS VACANT LOT AREA WAS OWNED BY THE BARANGAY IGOT FOR THE
DAY CARE CENTER/BIRTHING CENTER

WHEREAS, the Governor of the Second District of Samar HON. MILAGROSA TAN had given us project
which is a birthing center.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Officials decided that this vacant lot be used wherein the Birthing Center is to be
build up.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Mario G. Latoja duly seconded by Kagawad Purification A.
Orlanda, be it.

RESOLVED AS IT, IS HERBY RESOLVED, that the vacant lot be used to build up the Birthing Center.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the said officials certified that the said lot is annexed to the Day Care Center
and the extra vacant lot of the Day Care Center Owned by the Barangay Igot.

The herein attached documents are certified that the vacant lot was purchased by the previous Barangay
Officials and Treasurer.
