OUR BRAND
Introduction
JomPAY is a national bill payment scheme, which facilitates the payment of bills by consumers and businesses via their financial
institution’s Internet or Mobile Banking service.
JomPAY was developed as an industry initiative, including financial institutions and Billers and is overseen by Bank Negara
Malaysia. MyClear is the operator of the JomPAY scheme.
This Brand Guideline provides information on JomPAY brand standards and how the brand is to be used for communication
across all mediums.
Our Identity
JomPAY means “Let’s Pay”. Biller organisations should contact their financial institution
for further information.
It should always be spelled out as - Uppercase ‘J’ lower case
’om’ followed by uppercase ‘PAY’ Financial institutions should contact the JomPAY team at
MyClear for further support or clarification.
The JomPAY logo is composed of the ‘J’ symbol and the
words ‘JomPAY’. The relationship between these elements
are fixed and must not be altered.

LOGO FORMATS
The JomPAY logo can be applied to any type of communications as long as it is not obscured or distorted. The accepted colours for the JomPAY logo are:

The JomPAY Blue logo should be used whenever possible. When the blue version could not be used due to printing or In circumstances due to colour or layout restrictions, the
media limitations, black is the only other colour to be used. JomPAY White Border logo may be used.

How It Looks Like On Different Backgrounds
Below are examples of the logo on different backgrounds. If you are unsure of what version of the logo to use or the placement of logo on other backgrounds, please contact your financial institution.
When placing the logo on imagery, please ensure it is placed within an uncluttered image area to allow for maximum legibility & visibility.

AVOID THESE COMMON MISTAKES
To maintain the integrity and promote consistency of the brand it is important to use the logo as described in this guideline.
Our logo is flexible enough to be applied on numerous backgrounds. The shape and the proportions of the JomPAY logo must remain unaltered to ensure consistency and confidence in a variety
of scenarios. If you are unsure around the correct use of the logo, please contact your financial institution.

PLACING JomPAY AT INTERNET BANKING
In accordance with the JomPAY Rules and Operating Procedures, the JomPAY service must occupy a prominent position within the pages or menu within a financial institution’s Internet or
Mobile Banking services.
Additionally, the JomPAY logo must appear where the customer selects, or has selected the option to make a JomPAY bill payment.
JomPAY respects that every financial institution has a different approach to the design of their Internet and Mobile Banking services. Following are samples on the logo placement for the
JomPAY logo within a website and mobile site platform.
The labels “Biller Code”, “Ref-1” and “Ref-2” must be used and no variations to these labels are allowed.
