“When as Manonmani, She dwells in the Sushumna Nadi, then, the work of
the 50 letters between Mooladhara & Ajnya Chakra, subsides in Her. Further
above, SHE IS PARAPARAI AND PARAI too. SHE IS THE ONE WHO
PERFORMS ACTS FIVE FOR HER DEVOTEES.”

NATURALLY BACK TOWARDS HER.IT IS ONLY IN THE GREAT
HAPPENING OF SAHAJA YOGA THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO FULLY

SHRI MATAJI ON ‘YOGA’ AND ‘KSHEMA’

“Kshema is well being. When Yoga is established, then kshema follows. The
kshema enables you to have free time for Meditation. You do not have to
worry too much. However when kshema comes in, one should not start going
into the same circle of greediness, wanting more and more money, wanting
better clothes, better houses etc. As there is no end, you have to draw a limit.
This does not imply that you have one dress, all your life, but that not too
much attention should be on such things. You are neither to renounce
anything nor to indulge into anything. Through kshema, you get the wellbeing
physically, mentally, emotionally, materially, spiritually, socially, in everyway
spontaneously, you don’t have to desire or ask for it”

things like Kama, Ignorance, Maya & lust will run away and blessings will

to see Her beautiful form”.

“Now this SAHASRARA is to be looked after by you. It is the temple of your

MOTHER. WHEN YOU PUT ME IN YOUR HEART, ACTUALLY YOU PUT
ME IN THE SAHASRARA because as ;you know the Brahmarandara here,
the fontanelle bone area is called the ‘pita’, the centre which controls the
heart which is the seat of Sada Shiva, what you call the SIVA, WHEN YOU
PUT ME IN THE HEART, ACTUALLY YOU PUT ME THERE”.

REALATIONSHIP BUT THIS INNER REALATIONSHIP BY WHICH YOU
GET YOUR BENOVELENCE , YOU CANNOT HAVE WITHOUT
MEDITATION “.

YOU HAVE MENTAL PROBLEMS, SHE WILL SOLVETHEM. SHE IS THE
COMFORTER, SHE GIVES COMFORT. ALL THE SAME , SHE PROTECTS
YOU. YOUR MOTHER IS SO POWERFUL YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND

cling on to the fair coloured lotus feet of our Mother, and obtain clarity and

“ Sakthi is the source of Shudha Vidhya . She resides above the chest in
Moon mandala . She is beautiful like a peacock and confers blessings to true
tapasvin’s . She is ever youthful and a virgin and has complete knowledge
with Her . This Sakthi has occupied my Heart .

“ Sakthi is present in chitrani nadi which is within sushumna nadi . She filled
my Heart and merged in my Sahasrara . She is One, who is Manonmani and

11.3 SAKTHI CONFERS BALANCED STATE

“The beautiful Sakthi, is nothing but Ananda. A tamarind fruit, when it is not
matured, will be sticking with the hard cover & when it matures, then the
cover can be separated from the fruit. Similarly, my nature was like the hard
tamarind not yet matured & still attached to mundane world. Sakthi through
her compassion & grace and her motherly way established that state in me &
led me to SIVA TATTWA. Finally Sakthi absorbed and ruled over me”.

“ Manonmani, conferred tremendous blessings to me. She destroyed all

problems caused by Samsara bondage & powered HER GRACE on me.
Before, my mind was roaming like a dog, but Manonmani steadied it & made
me fix it on Sushmna Nadi. She dispelled all fears & assured me that She is
always there to protect & that I should not have any fear at all.”

ivine Dance at Sahasrara ::

DIVINE DANCE AT SAHASRARA

Introduction

“Shiva, the Mahadeva, Mahayogi, Maheswara, Parameswara, is ‘NATRAJ’, the Lord of the Dance. Shiva is the
COSMIC DANCER, and through his dancing, He brings about the Powers of Evolution, Maintenance, and finally
THE ULTIMATE DISSOLUTION OF THE WORLD. Shiva carries a drum in his upper left hand a tongue of flame.
Fire is the means of which the great dissolution will occur. Thus ;the LORD holds the creation and ; destruction in his
hands. NATRAJ dances on the prostrate body of a bhoot called Aposmara purusha, who symbolises ignorance and
the darkness of ignorance. His dancing releases man from the bondage of ignorance and allows him to rise above
worldly existence.

He dances within a ring ; a bandhan of flame and light which is the AUM, the sound which set the creation into
motion. The resulting three gunas are symbolised in the trident and the rhythm of creation is symbolised in the drum.
His other hands are signifying protection and forgiveness”

“Just as Swan separates milk from water, so does the Lord by performing the Divine Dance at Sahasrara removes
all the impurities and Karmas and saves the Jiva from the cycle of Samsara”.

“From the Sahasrara peak, the heavenly Ganges flows through the Sushumna and if attention is focussed on this
Sushumna Nadi, and is made to settle in the Sahasrara, then the Divine Dance can be experienced”.
