Exec Direct Aviation Services Ltd. ("Exec Direct"), a carrier of Jamaica, pursuant

to the Department's Rules of Practice in Proceedings (14 C.F.R. Part 302), hereby files

this Amendment to its Application for a Foreign Air Carrier Permit and Exemption

Authority. Exec Direct supplements its application as follows:

1. Exec Direct is a new airline, so it does not have an operating history.

Pursuant to 14 C.F.R. 211.200), here is a brief summary of the business experience of

each officer, director and key management personnel:

Dr. Winston Clarke (Primary Investor, Chairman & CEO)

Dr. Clarke is the founding Chairman of The Radiation Oncology Centre of

Jamaica Ltd. and the Founder/Owner of X-Ray & Diagnostic Ultrasound Consultants

Ltd. Dr. Clarke has over 25 years of management experience. His achievements include

earning a M.B., B.S., D.M. in Radiology, serves as a Diplomat of the American Board of

Radiology, received awards from the Blue Cross of Jamaica, The Gleaner Company

The Jamaica Govermnent (00 Commander Class) for work in medicine.

Dr. Conic (Director)

Dr. Miller is the Managing Director of The Radiation Oncology Centre of

Jamaica and spearheads the development ofJamaica's Radiation Protection and Safety

Infrastructure Programme which is supported by the Vienna based International Atomic

Energy Agency (IAEA). He is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Surgery,

Anesthesia and Radiology at the University of the 'West Indies. He is a member of the

American Association of Physicists in Medicine and the American Society for

Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.

Kamal Clarke (COO)

Mr. Clarke is a JCAA licensed commercial pilot with much of his flying

experience gained on the Beechcraft B-1900C/D as a flight crewmember for

Turks & Caicos-based airline, which flew to Jamaica and other Caribbean regional

destinations. Prior to working there, . Clarke was associated with thc Jamaican air taxi

operator, International Airlink, Ltd. as a flight crewmember on the Beechcraft B-1900D,

and at Wings Jamaica, Ltd as a summer school instructor. While at the previously

mentioned organizations, Mr. Clarke performed administrative duties in flight operations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of

Technology (Melbourne, FL), awarded in 2003.

KahiH Clari{c

Mr. Clarke has served as a Financial Advisor for the Jamaica Market

Brokers (JMMB) Ltd. He holds a R in Management from the University,

School of Business (Washington D.C.) and a M.B.A. in Finance from the Bradford

University, School of Management (Bradford, U.K.).

Omar Julal (VP Flight Operations)

Mr. Julal is a JCAA licensed commercial pilot with over 6,000 hours of iota] time,

much of it gained on the Airbus A319/320/321 as a flight crewmember for Air Jamaica

Ltd. Prior to working there. Mr. Julal served as a domestic cargo pilot f()l' Tara Courier

Services Ltd.

Errol Gordon (Chief PHot)

Mr. Gordon is a JCAA licensed commercial pilot with over 8,000 hours of total

time, much of it gained on the Airbus A319/320/321 as a Hight crewmember for

Jamaica Ltd and on the Dash-8 as a f1ight crewmember for Jamaica Express Ltd.

Prior to working there, . Gordon also served as a domestic cargo pilot for Tara Courier

Services Ltd. and other domestic air operators.

John Cunningham (VP of Maintenance)

Mr. Cunningham served as a technician for Air Jamaica working on the Boeing

727, MD-83, Airbus A300/31 0/320 type aircraft, Maintenance Manager for Air Jamaica

Express where he supervised work on the companies Dash-8 turboprop fleet, and the

Maintenance Director for TCI Sky King Ltd. Mr. Cunningham is a certified FAA

Airframe and Powerplant technician and holds a JCAA MlIM2 license with type ratings

on the BN2P, D228, S1:-1360, DHC6, DHC8 and the C208. Cunningham has also

completed Type Training on the 340 including CT7-SA2

engine training.

Wayne Briscoe of Quality Assurance)

ML Briscoe served as a technician for Air Jamaica working on the MD-83,

Boeing 727 and Airbus 10 type aircraft, Manager of Technical Operations for Air

Jamaica Express where he was responsible for the continuing airworthiness maintenance

program, Director of Quality Assurance at Airways InternationaL and Inspector for

Aviation Repair Technologies. ML Briscoe is a certified FAA Airframe and Powerplant

teclmician and holds a CAA license. has experience on the C208, SH360, DHC6,

DHC8 (l00-300 series), 331/32, ATR 42172 and has completed type training on the Saab

340.

Trudy-Ann Chung of Cargo)

Mrs. Chung has served in various capacities at Jamaica Cargo including

Quality Performance & Administration CoordinatoL Mrs. Chung has also worked in

assistant roles with Air Jamaica's Cargo Accounts department, Cargo Sales department

and Cargo Administration. She holds certificates in Airline Security Operations,

A viation Internal Auditing and IS0900 J :2000 Internal Quality Management System

Auditing from IA TA Training & Development Institute.

In addition, attached as Exhibit 1 are the resumes of all nine directors, officers and

key management personnel of Exec Direct.
