SPAGHETTI

PROCEDURE

 Pour water in a casserole pan enough to cover the spaghetti pasta.

 Add salt. Bring to boil or until small bubbles have formed.

 Place the pasta once tiny bubbles have formed. Boil for 12 minutes to
achieve al dente pasta.

 Drain and set aside.

PROCEDURE

 In a large wok, melt 1/2 portion butter, and add the garlic and onion.

PROCEDURE

 In a boiling pot, arrange the pork bellies and add water enough to
cover the bellies.

PROCEDURE

 Pre-heat oil in a large wok, then add the onion and garlic.

PROCEDURE

 Pour-in cooking oil in a cooking pot or wok then heat.]

 Pan-fry the pork until the color turns light brown- about 3-5 minutes
per side.

 Place potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and salt in a large pot with water
to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
