PROCEDURE
Place the pasta once tiny bubbles have formed. Boil for 12 minutes to

In a large wok, heat up the oil, and place the garlic and onion.

Saute the pork and toss continuously with the sesame oil and ginger
until pan-grilled quality is achieved.
Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper, and stir
the mixture with the pork continuously.

PROCEDURE
Pre-heat oil in a large wok, then add the onion and garlic.
Saute pork with onion and garlic, and pour water, vinegar, and salt.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add soy sauce. Simmer for another
5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, peppercorn, pepper, and salt together and let it sit
until the pork and the vegetables have completely tenderized.

PROCEDURE
Pan-fry the pork until the color turns light brown- about 3-5 minutes
per side.

Remove the pork from the cooking pot. On the same cooking pot,
saute garlic and onions.
(Alisin ang mga karne sa lutuan, at gamit ang parehong lutuan, gisahin

Put-in the sliced hotdogs and pan-fried pork then cook for a minute.

Pour-in tomato sauce and then add bay leaves. Simmer for 30 minutes.
(Ilagay ang tomato sauce at ilagay ang bay leaves. Pakuluan ng
kalahating oras. )
Add the potato and carrots then simmer for 7 minutes or until the
vegetables are soft.

Put-in the capasicum, green peas, salt, sugar, and ground black pepper
then cook for 5 minutes more.

PROCEDURE
Place potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and salt in a large pot with water
to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

ng 20 minuto.)
Combine butter and milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat and add
diluted corn starch to thciken. Stir constantly until smooth and thick.
(Pagsamahin ang butter at gatas sa lutuan at lagyan ng tinunaw na
corn starch bilang pampalapot. Haluin ng mabuti hanngang sa pumino
at lumapot ito.)
Pour milk mixture into cooked vegetables. Stir in corn and cheese until
cheese is melted. (Paghaluin ang milk mixture at ang mga nalutong
gulay. Idagdag ang mga mais at keso at haluin hanggang matunaw
ang keso.)
