A. My view of my company
1. How much am I interested in the situation of my company from the current vision and what is special?
2. How am I satisfied with and consent of the current strategic orientation and development of my company?
3. With what things am I kind of critical now? What would I wish to make progress for the company?
4. From my point of view, is there a management that is good enough in the company? If not: What is my
explanation for it?
5. What hopes do I have now respecting the future of my company? Are there any hopes that I ever had, but
gave up in the meantime?
6. How do I evaluate my company in respect of the leading culture? What values were exemplified? What
does leadership mean in our company?
7. What are vision, mission values of my company for me and how do I experience these in the company?
B. My own person
When you think of your responsibility area: Where are you now with your action fields and what things do you
want to go on with what priority. There are five action fields below.
1. Step: First please evaluate the actual situation: If you want to as a benchmark reach what you at latest
in one year with your area want to be and what you think you can achieve, how many procent you
have reached with your area?

and who is responsible for it?
