Roles and Responsibilities:

 PBRS Funds Pricing and Reconciliations – December 2015 – Present

o Updates NAV for Funds (Hedge Funds) where we receive manual
statements.
o Reconciles end of month position for funds where we receive manual
statements.
o Reconciles securities (stocks, bonds, funds, structured products,
collateral) transactions on a daily basis.
o Investigate breaks and assign them to relevant departments. Advise
procedure on resolution whenever possible.
o Executes controls procedures to ensure quality of work.
o Prepares monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to be sent to on-
shore counterparts.

 PBRS Securities Settlements – September 2015 to November 2015

o The role supports Private Bank – Republic Suisse (PBRS)
o Prepares settlement confirmation to be sent to the trade counterpart.
o Create settlement instruction on the banks platform.
o Ensures the correct Standard Settlement Instruction (SSI) is used in every
transaction.
o Investigates trades that did not settle and trades that are allegedly ours.
o Creates manual settlement instruction on custodian platform for trades
that did not settle properly.
o Investigate reconciliation breaks and prepares proper resolution.

 PBGB Payments – April 2015 to August 2015

o The role supports Private Bank – Great Britain (PBGB)
o Preparation and sending of outward payment instructions via SWIFT
(MT103 and MT 202).
o Investigation and resolution regarding payments that did not settle.
o Preparation of Monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report for on-
shore business counterparts.

 PBGB Consolidated Reporting – July 2014 to March 2015

o The role supports Private Bank – Great Britain (PBGB)
o Preparation and sending of regular investment summary report with
market summary depending on each private banking clients'
specifications.
o Preparation of bespoke report requests for private banking clients.
o Preparation of audit letter of bank account confirmation as requested by
auditors of private banking clients.
o Matching of trade confirmation (pre-settlement) for precious metal deals,
dual currency deposits and loans.
 o Correspondence through emails and SWIFT MT199 for confirmations that
do not match.

Achievements on Roles:
 Became Global Private Banker of the month on the 3rd month from hire date
 Became VIP Awardee (employee of the Quarter) for 2nd quarter of 2017
 Assisted the Chief Control Office in crating a SharePoint (OneDrive) system
which is used to log and track incidents and generate incident reports.
 Became a member of the GPB Technical Team and Communications Team.
 Performed Microsoft Excel Teach back class
 Assisted in successful migration of 1 process and 2 tasks from onshore teams
