Respected Sir,
We Bonafide office Bearers M/s ML Educational Trust, Basant Vihar, Partap
Singh Wala, Ludhiana, do Hereby submit Below Noted Lines with the Sanguine hope
that they will receive favourable considerations at your Gracious Hands. The History of
the case is as under:-

1. That ML Educational Trust, Basant Vihar, Partap Singh Wala, Ludhiana is

Running ML Public School at Partap Singh Wala from 1st Class to VIIIth Class
and is serving the Humanity in all Respects.

2. That since the Registration of the Trust on 18.03.2013, There is no change in the
constitution and fabric of the Trust except that one member known as Brahmanad
had expired on…………..(Copy of Death Certificate enclosed).

3. That it is Added that the constitution of the Trust, Memorandum of Articles of

Association, Byelaws, Rules and Regulations Remained the same and No
Change had occurred in the bifurcation of the Trust.

4. That the Relevant documents complete in all Respects stands submitted in

November 2017 for renewal of the Trust from 18.03.2013 and the Documents

5. That it is not Understood under what circumstances the Trust Registration had
not been renewed so far, though our institution has No objection to pay the
Necessary fee and the charges as per Rules on the subject.

6. That the Memorandum of Articles of Association, Rules and Procedure, Byelaws

were prepared as per the Societies Registration Act No. XXI of 1860 as amended
by the Punjab amendment Act1957.

7. That we need Early Renewal of the Registration as our Trust is running a public
institution and cannot run an Educational Institution without Regular Approval
of the trust.

8. That we assure you sir, that Nothing is concealed Therein and the Documents
submitted are in order and as per relevant Rules on the subject.

So it is requested to very kindly Renew the Registration on Top Priority Basis.
