1. Log On: enter your number and password that you registered with.
2. When you log in, you see the “Create SMS” page.
Type your message in the “Message” space provided. Your message needs to be a maximum of
159characters including spaces.
In the sample message below 157characters have been used.

3. Enter the mobile numbers of all your recipients for the message you have typed. This can be
done in 2 ways.
i. “Paste/Type Numbers” in the space provided – for this, if you are sending a message to
1 or 2 (few) contacts, then you can simply type the numbers as shown below. The
mobile numbers must be in the format 0722123123 or 254733123123.
If you are sending to many numbers, then these will probably be in another file saved on
your computer. If you are able to, then simply copy the numbers and paste them on the

space that has been provided. e.g. from an excel or text file, copy the numbers and
paste them.

ii. “Address Book” – when using the address book to add recipient mobile numbers, the
numbers have to have been entered in the address book prior to sending your message.
On the right side of the Create SMS window, we have Groups at the top, highlighting the
group displays the contacts that are in the group on the bottom right of the window
under “Contacts”.
When you want to select a certain contact, simply double click the contact, the contact
will then be added to the Address book space provided.
6. Click on ‘OK’
7. Click on the main tab “Outbox” – here you will find all the messages you have queued for
delivery, when you are ready to send the message, click “Send Now”.
If you do not want to send a message to a particular number, highlight the specific number and
click “Delete”.
If you do not want to send the all the messages you have queued, click “Delete All”.
If you want to read the message you have typed to a particular number, highlight the number
and click on “Details”, or double click on the message. This will show you the message you
wanted to send.

9. If you want to check the status of the messages you have sent, uncheck the box with “view
pending only”, this will show you all the messages you a record of all messages sent.
