and maintain Anti-Virus software per section 1.5.7 of the User Responsibilities Policy, that I will not interfere
with the functioning of the Bio-Rad network, and that I will maintain all software to the most current security
patch level. I certify I have read and understand the Internet Acceptable Use Global Policy, POL 05001.
I further acknowledge that I am personally accountable for all risks introduced by using this non-Bio-Rad
computing device and I accept full responsibility for any resulting breach of security. I further understand
that Bio-Rad reserves the right to revoke network access privileges without advanced notice and without
cause.

I further note that Bio-Rad is not responsible for problem resolution on a non-Bio-Rad computing device
should any required software fail to work as designed.
