Summary of FIR and process after FIR

On 19.06.2013 at 7 PM an FIR was filed against vasudev singh and nirala

kumar by kumar shishir in respect of following:

 Vasudev singh managed a policy in the name of Maharani singh on

28.05.2012 and the policy no is 16683582 and the age of the assured
during this period was more than 70 years and her death occurred on
25.06.2012
 After her death Nirala kumar himself became the nominee of late
maharani singh, despite of that the fact that nirala kumar had no
relation with maharani singh.
 Nirala kumar also submitted documents regarding her death which
was later found to be false and fabricated.
 He intentionally tried to gain undue and wrongful advantage by
becoming the nominee of late maharani singh.
 Actual date of her death was 25.06.2012 and the fabricated document
produced by nirala kumar shows date of her death is 25.08.2012
 Both vasudev singh and nirala kumar played fraud in reference of
policy which was half yearly for an amount of Rs. 6,168/- (Policy no-
16683582).
 Later it was also found that there is no policy in the name of late
maharani singh and fabricated documents of death certificate was
produced with date 25.08.2012 on it.
 Vikash choudhary and prashant as wintness also reiterated the same
fact as kumar shishir.

INVESTIGATION REPORT
AS PER PARAGRAPH 14
 Vasudev singh managed a policy in the name of maharani
singh named (ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIC LTD).
 The date of birth of the assured during policy mentioned by
vasudev was 01.01.1964
And the name of nirala kumar was entered as nominee.
 An amount was claimed by vasudev by showing death
certificate of maharani singh which was on 25.08.2012 by
paying one instalment .
 After verification of documents by the company it was found
that husband of maharani devi is rajvallabh rai born at patna
and her year of birth is 1943 and her death occurred on
25.06.2012. there is no policy in the name of their family
members
 After that nirala kumar was enquired about the policy he
stated that he is the son of vasudev singh and had no relation
with maharani singh and in order to claim the benefit of the
said policy, he took the help of his father in preparing the
forged documents. Arrest order was made immediately and if
arrest could not be done kurki jabti. And other measures.
 The police proceeded for arrest but both vasudev and nirala
evaded arrest( date- 14/11/2013 time 15.00)
  On 29/3/2014 it was found that the accused has been
granted anticipatory bail on 28/3/2014
 An order was made by the judge to collect all the original and
verified documents and present before the court.
 An order was made by the court to vasudev and nirmal to
submit to the court all necessary documents.
 On 30/06/2014 , photocopy of the policy document was
attached in which code of the policy agent was mentioned
(01134054) in which it was found that claim was done by
nirmal after death of assured.
 The present status of this case is that vasudev and nirala after
submitting themselves to the court has taken bail from the
court.
