Appointment of Project HSSE Committee Member

Please be informed that you have been appointed as the Project HSSE Committee
Member for the Proposed of New Link Building for DYSON PHOENIX Project until the
completion of the project.

During this period, your commitment is highly required to undertake actively and become a
responsible member in improving and maintaining Health, Safety, Security and Environment
throughout this project.

Details of functions are as below;

(a) Shall keep under review the measures taken to ensure the safety and health of persons at
the place of work.
(b) Shall investigate any matter at the place of work-
(i) Which a member of the committee or a person employed thereat considers is not
safe
or is a risk to health; and
(ii) Which has been brought to the attention of the employer;

(c) To carry out safety inspection (regular or periodic) throughout the work site.
(d) To discuss and advised on the day-to-day uncertainties relating to workers at work, health
and environmental problem
(e) To review all work in progress (daily or on regular basic) to ensure that all safety
precautionary measures are complied with.
