Stir Fry

1. Sautee (with a little water):

Onion (chopped)

Garlic (chopped)

Ginger (chopped)

(If using tomatoes, add after sautéing these and sauté some more but without water because
tomatoes have juice).

As the water evaporates, add a little more and sauté some more.

2. Add spices (and sautee)

(what spices?)

3. Add water (to cover vegetables) to boil vegetables (Cover)

4. Bring to a boil and add vegetables.

ex. Cauliflower, Carrots, etc.)

(if using frozen peas, add at the end)

Then remove water to let water evaporate while cooking.
