Lack of parents' participation. Hired cook and tricycle driver for the pick-up of the items.

E. Procurement Process
We post our Request for Quotation in PHILGEPS and wait for the store who will bid for the amount given. Then the different
store send us their quotation. We choose who offered the best among the three stores through Small Value Procurement.

F. Good Practices or Lesson Learned

Since we have 123 beneficiaries, the feeding program is set by batch. There will be a ring in every batch. For the first ring,
Kindergarten to Grade Three will be the first to serve and then followed by Grades 4 to Grade 6. We still in the process of
convincing parents to help us in sustaining the feeding program through general PTA meeting and classroom PTA meeting.
