YUM-YUM SUPPER

A new gastronomic experience for vegetarians and greedy pigs

CHEESE AND EGG DOLLOP

8 hard-boiled eggs
3 sachets of butter/lemon sauce
Lots of grated cheese to taste
Seasoning
Giant packet of traditional potato crisps
Bottle of port

Slice up eggs and bung em in the blender


Add butter sauce stirring from time to time
Add cheese and seasoning ditto
Serve in any convenient receptacle or just dip crisps in dollop
Drink the port

Enjoy!
(It is a reward for peeling the hard-boiled eggs)
