Industrial revolution and its rural reach| VIT Vellore January-April, 2018
• Rural farmers would work the land or rent land from a wealthy land owner.
• The families would work together to make clothing, textiles and wood products, with women and children having crucial role.
• Post-office can play major role to bring E-market in rural area.
Garbage Monitoring using IOT| VIT Vellore January-April, 2018
• This system monitors the garbage bins and informs about the level of garbage collected in the garbage bins via a web page.
• The system uses ultrasonic sensors placed over the bins to detect the garbage level and compare it with the garbage bins depth.
• The system puts on the buzzer when the level of garbage collected crosses the set limit.
Object Obstacle avoiding Robots | VIT Vellore January-April, 2018
• An Obstacle Avoidance Robot is an intelligent robot, which can automatically sense and overcome obstacles on its path. It
contains of AURDINO to process the data, and Ultrasonic sensors to detect the obstacles on its path.
Speed Control of BLDC motors| VIT Vellore July-December, 2017

• Speed control of BLDC motor is essential for making the motor work at desired rate. Speed of a brushless dc motor can be
controlled by controlling the input dc voltage / current. The higher the voltage more is the speed.
Speed Control of Stepper Motor | VIT Vellore January-April, 2017
• Stepper motors, due to their unique design, can be controlled to a high degree of accuracy without any feedback mechanisms.
• The shaft of a stepper, mounted with a series of magnets, is controlled by a series of electromagnetic coils that are charged
positively and negatively in a specific sequence, precisely moving it forward or backward in small "steps".
• potentiometer is used to control the rotational speed of a stepper motor.
