With reference to the letter on the subject cited above, I am to say that,
Govt. has - formulated the guideline for direct purchase of private land for tin-rely
execution of Social Infrastructure Deveiopment Projects.
The Direct purchase rnethod is a bilateral negotiation between the Project
authority and bonaflde lancl owners in the presence of local Revenue Aurthorities in order
to rnaintain transparencY.
You are therefore, requested to go thorough;'..- the documents submitted
by the Executive Engineer, Sonepur R&B Division and take necessarJv follow up action
to complete the required negotiation process for purchase of private land for construction
of H.L. Bridge over Bouri Nallah on Dharmasala-Subalal'a-Gariamunda Road and
submit the same for approval of District Compensation Advisory Committee(DCAC.1 at
an early date.

Sir,
with reference to the above cited subject, it is to state that, some land are required for acquisition

for Construction of both side approach Road of H.L. Bridge over Bauri Jore Nallah on Dharmasala- SubalaYa-
Gariamunda Road from the village Pitamahul & PitamahulJungle.
(
As per Land schedule & sketch map received vide letter No.1518 d1.16.05.2018 of Tahasildar,
Birmaharajpur an area of 3.98Acre land are to be required for acquisition out of total area of 20.54Acre.
As

per land schedule an area of 0.82 Acre are Government land (AJA & Rakhita) and balance 3.16 Acre are
private land (Copy enclosed).

As per Sale statistics and Bench mark value of above two villages received from the Sub-Registrar,

Birmaharajpur vide his letter No.655 dt.24.O5.20L8 (Copy enclosed) the estimate for direct purchase of land
permission for
& structure has been prepared and submitted here with with a requestto accord necessary
purchase of private land through direct purchase. z':'
