1. What is the subsidy available under this scheme?

20% of the machinery cost or 4 lakh (whichever is minimum)

2. Who are the beneficiaries?

Entrepreneurs, Individuals, SSI, Partnership companies/company etc.

3. What are the eligibility criteria for availing subsidy?

1) Beneficiary ( or 51% stake in case of partnership firm) should be domicile of
Maharashtra
2) Subsidy is not applicable for old or second hand equipments.
3) Beneficiary should have availed loan from bank or FI.

4. What are the minimum required documents?

1. Application form filled in prescribed format
2. 2-Affidavits on stamp paper (Notarized)
3. Letter of Authority ( In case of company or partnership firm)
4. Proof of possession of land [Land lease agreement (15 years registered
deed)/Sale Deed/ 7/12 / MIDC land allotment letter & agreement]
5. Bank account details and statements (In the name of project)
6. Plant layout & drawing
7. Bank loan sanction letter and disbursement details
8. S.S.I./D.I.C. Registration (Part I & II)
9. Registered Partnership Deed
10. Electricity bills (last 6 months)

13. NOC of Grampanchayat (In prescribed format)
