SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hi, we would like a room with one double bed and one single bed,
please, if possible to be able to have the beds next to each other. We
would be 2 adults with 2 small kids( 3 and 5 years old) and having the
beds next to each other would be best, if possible of course. We'll get

PAYMENT TERMS:
Your credit/debit card will be used to guarantee your booking. The full amount of your
booking will be paid directly to the hotel on the arrival in Bri꛶sh Pound Sterling (GBP). The
hotel reserves the right to pre‐authorise your card prior to arrival. Please note that if you
choose a Non‐refundable room type(s), the booking total will be charged prior to arrival and is
strictly non‐refundable.

If cancelled or modified you are required to give a no꛶ce of at least 2 days prior to the arrival
date, no fee will be charged. In the event of a no‐show, or if cancelled ‐ a곀er 12:00 on 01
November 2016 : GBP 70.00, will be charged.
GENERAL POLICY:
For any changes or cancella꛶on, you are required to provide no꛶fica꛶on at least 2 days prior
to 12.00 pm (GMT or BST) on the date of arrival. Failure to do so or in the event of a NO
SHOW will result in a penalty equal to the first night charge being taken from the provided
credit / debit card (unless otherwise specified in the individual room policy, in which case the
room policy will apply). Cancella꛶ons and amendment requests must be submi壺ed to us
during our current opera꛶onal hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30 (GMT or BST), not
including UK public holidays or similar events when our office will be closed). A wri壺en email
response will be sent to acknowledge that we have received your request; automa꛶c replies
or system generated responses are not considered as confirma꛶on of any request or changes.
As all amendments and cancella꛶ons are currently processed manually, we cannot accept any
no꛶fica꛶on received less than 1 hour before the cancella꛶on deadline or our closing ꛶me for
the working day. Any correspondence received outside of our current opera꛶onal hours will
not be handled un꛶l the next working day. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure
that you receive wri壺en confirma꛶on from us (prior to any applicable deadline); all liability for
penal꛶es lies with the customer un꛶l this confirma꛶on is issued.
