Penal Code Section 288.5(a), a Felony, was committed in that MICHAEL
JOSLIN did unlawfully engage in three and more acts of "substantial sexual conduct",

defined in Penal Code Section 1203.066(b), or thlee and more lewd and lascivious
24 defined in Penal Code Section 288, with Jane Doe, a child under the age of 14 years, while
access to,
the defendant, MICHAEL RICHARD JOSLIN resided with, and had recurring

and calaveras, State of califomia, the crime of Sexual Penetration By Foreign object-
Victim Under 14 in violation ofPenal Code Section 289(a)(l)(B), a Felony, was
committed in that MICHAEL zuCHARD JOSLIN committed an act of sexual penetration
against the will of Jane Doe, who was under the age of 14 years, by means offorce,
uiol"n.", duress, menace and fear of immediate and unlawful bodily injury on Jane Doe
and another person.

on or about and between Feb ruary 1,2017 and August 2,2018, in the county of Amador
and calaveras, State of califomia, the crime of oral copulation of A Person Under 14
in
violation of Penal code Section 28Sa(c)(1), a Felony, was committed in that MICHAEL
RICHARD JOSLIN did unlawfully participate in an act of oral copulation with Jane Doe, a
person under the age of fourteen years and more than ten years younger than defendant,
MICHAEL RICHARD JOSLIN.

lewdly commit a lewd and lascivious act upon and with the body and certain parts and
members thereofofJane Doe, a child under the age of fourteen years, with the intent
of-
arousing, appealing to, and gratif,ing the lust, passions, and sexual desires ofthe said

duress, menace, and threat of great bodily harm

Pursuant to Penal Code Section 784.7 (a), one or more listed enumerated sex
offenses occurred within more than one jurisdictional territory, and authority has been
conveyed to Amador to prosecute the offenses.

NOTICE: Conviction ofany fetony prohibits you from owning, purchasing, receiving,
possessing, or having under your custody or control any firearms, ammunition, and
ammunition feeding devices, including but not limited to magazines.

Pursuant to Penal code Section 1054.5(b), the People hereby informally request that
defendant and his or her attomey disclose to the prosecuting attomey the information and
materials required 1o be disclosed to the prosecuting attorney by a defendant and his or her
attomey puriuant to Penal Code Section 1054.3, and the cases interpreting Penal Code
Section 1054, et seq., including, but not limited to, Thompson v. Superior Court (1997) 53
Cal.App 4s 480 and People v. Hardy (1992) 2 Cal.4th 86,179.
