conduct of audit.

on September 17, 2017 at that time were accused was
no longer a cashier officially.

: To prove that prior to said incident he was no longer

in custody/control of the funds or property.

PURPOSE/S : To prove that accused was made to pay said cash

shortage despite lack of audit;

WHEREFORE, with the admission of the foregoing documents, the Accused
