• Intensive phase in September

If you arrive late in Aachen due to visa delay, please note that we only offer beginner’s
courses in September.
You can only start in October if you have achieved at least a level of A2.1 in the results of
the Language Center’s placement test.
We therefore highly recommend that you make arrangements to arrive in time to begin in
September unless you are absolutely certain that you will have level A2.1.
MME-CAME + MME-PS
• A1.1 Intensive phase in September
(6 September - 23 September 2016)
If you do not have an A1 certificate and arrive later than for the
start of the intensive phase in September, you can start an A1.1
course in October as part of the regular semester programme.
These semester courses come with a fee and must be paid by
yourself.
Online Registration:
All levels must register before taking part in an intensive German language
course during the month of September!

The following students will be eligible for an exemption from the intensive phase:
Students who choose this option have to make an appointment with the RWTH
Language Center in order to have their certificate approved.
Please note that no certificates can be approved in September or October 2016.
Appointments begin in November 2016 at the earliest.
