The researchers made an extensive research from sources such as library

materials, government agencies, internet and some correspondents to determine

the market potential of the proposed product. Other relevant data were also

gathered to strengthen the researcher’s knowledge of the proposed product. The

eighteen- 218 Sari-sari store within the barangay. The total population was

stratified according to a category. The proponents used the Slovin’s Formula in

computing the desired sample size which gave a result of 141 numbers of Sari-

sari store to be surveyed.

maltodextrin powder. For the beer ingredients is the malt, which gives color,

flavour and protein; hops, which serves as preservative to keep it lasts longer;

yeast, to give the beer its final flavour in fermentation and maltodextrin, which is

the ingredient used to turn the beer into powder. Since it is preserved product it

has a longer shelf life. It could last for at least 3 months, depending upon other

external factors. The Researchers estimate that in order to produce 448 sachets

of powdered beer, 8 hours will be required. Approximately 107, 520 sachets can

be produced annually. The business will require light, water, and

telecommunication. The business should employ waste disposal management

techniques such as segregation into biodegradable and non-biodegradable

waste and using proper sanitation to manage its contribution to waste.

66.7% of the respondents are selling beer. There are 60% out of the total number

of respondents who are willing to sell powdered beer. 88% of the respondents

find the proposed price of the proposed product reasonable in sachet.

Out of 84 respondents who are willing to buy, 70 of them said that they are

willing to buy atleast 1-5 packs of the product per day. The average annual

demand per sachet packaging is 1,344. The researchers also projected that the

market share for the product will be 33%. The appropriate price determined by

the researchers for the product to be P25.25 per sachet.
