MOTION TO LIFT WARRANT AND REINSTATE CASH BOND

ACCUSED ANTHONY ESPIRITU y SACDALAN, with the assistance of the

Public Attorney’s Office, unto this Honorable Court most respectfully states: That:

1. The above-named accused is being charged with violation of C.O.

5121;

2. Accused was not able to attend the July 23, 2018 hearing because his
mother fell down the stairs on the morning of same date and needed
to be rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention;

3. The accused attempted to attend to the hearing on the same date

but was one and a half hour late;

4. In view thereof, the accused beg the kind indulgence of this

Honorable Court to reinstate the cash bond;

5. Further, the accused beg the kind indulgence of this Honorable Court
to lift the outstanding warrant of arrest issued against him.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that this instant Motion be GRANTED.

OTHER RELIEF, just and equitable under the circumstances, is likewise

prayed for.
