GS Kombinator 250L Benefits:

insulation guarantee years of trouble-free operation.

Modular Design
The GS Kombinator 250L gives you the flexibility to expand your
production capacity with up to six chilling tubes without occupying
additional floor space as they can be mounted either three by
three or as individual tubes on top of each other.
Outstanding Heat Transmission
The tubes are designed with an inner surface plated with multiple
layers of chrome and each tube is corrugated on the outside, thus
increasing the surface to improve the heat transmission value.
Higher Efficiency
GS Kombinator 250L is equipped with automatic regulation of the
cooling or heating temperature in each individual tube. Different
rotor shaft speeds are possible as each shaft is driven by a
separate gear motor. In order to minimize floor space a pin rotor
can be mounted on top of the GS Kombinator.
Scraper Rotor Systems
The patented scrapers, Turbo scrapers, ensure an intensive
turbulence and mechanical treatment as well as a continuously
clean scraping of the inner surface of the tube. Other scraper
types are optional.
Materials
Product contacting parts are made of stainless steel AISI
304/316. The chilling tubes are made of steel and plated with
either chromium or Stellite.
Certifications
Made in conformity with European Machinery Directive 2006/42/
EC. The construction is in accordance with European Pressure
Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC and an ASME sec. VIII div.
1 certificate can be delivered on request.

Easy Cleaning and Maintenance

All GS Kombinator 250L units are designed so that maintenance Heating/Cooling Media
is fast and simple and CIP cycles can be carried out quickly. NH3, Freon, cooling water, chilled water, brine, glycol, steam, hot
water.
