    The auditor issued an opinion with reservations on the company's financial statements. The auditor could not determine the fair value of equipment with a book value of 485,997 RSD.     Basis for opinion with reservations


    The cost of the equipment being used, whose current value is zero, amounts to 485,997 RSD.
    The auditing procedures could not identify the fair value of the above equipment, which was
    why we were not able to grasp the objective value of the Equipment item in the Balance
    Sheet.

    Opinion
    In our opinion, except for a possible effect regarding the issue stated in the paragraph titled
    Basis for opinion with reservations, the financial statements truthfully and objectively
    represent the standing of the Company as of December 31, 2017 in terms of all material
    matters, as well as the Company’s comprehensive income, cash flows and changes in equity
    for the year ending as of the above date, in accordance with the accounting policies
    applicable in the Republic of Serbia.
